By ordering, accessing, using, or purchasing any product ("Product") through this website, or related websites (Collectively The "Website"), you are agreeing to be bound by, and are becoming a party to, this Agreement. We may at our sole and absolute discretion change, add, modify, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement for changes prior to use of the Website or purchase of the Product.

The Trial Promotion offered on this page is attached to an automatic auto-shipment program. If you purchased, or plan to purchase our Trial Promotional Offer at checkout, you will be automatically enrolled in our Monthly Auto-Shipment Program for twelve full months.If you enjoy our Product, and want to continue receiving shipments, do nothing, and your program will continue uninterrupted. Unless you cancel before the end of your 14 Day Trial Period (10 Day Evaluation Period + 4 Days For Shipping) as specified in the Terms and Conditions, you will be charged the full product price of $124.77 (inclusive of shipping and handling), and continue to receive a new 30 day supply of our product each and every month as long as you continue your membership in our Auto-Shipment Program. We will charge your credit card, the same card you provided to pay for your Trial Offer, in the amount of $124.77 (inclusive of shipping and handling) each month when your new product is shipped. You may cancel your order at any time by calling or emailing our Customer Service Representatives that are available 24-7. Our Fulfillment Center ships all orders within 24 hours after the order is processed.
TRIAL OFFER TERMS EXTENDED:
IMPORTANT! THIS IS NOT A FREE PRODUCT! By placing your order today you'll be shipped a 30 day supply of our product for a 14 day trial period (just pay $1.95 Shipping and Handling). This will be a 10 day evaluation period, PLUS 4 additional days granted for shipping, THUS, there will be a total of 14 days. If you do not cancel your membership within the first 14 days of your evaluation period, (10 Day Evaluation Period + 4 Days For Shipping), your program will continue uninterrupted. If you enjoy our product, and want to continue receiving this product every month, do nothing. Upon the expiration date of your trial promotion (14 days from your initial order date), you will be billed on the same credit card you used to purchase your trial order for $124.77, the promotional rate for our product inclusive of Shipping and Handling. This Trial Promotion comes with free enrollment in our 12-Month Discount Auto-Ship Program. Our Discount Auto-Ship Program locks you in with our low promotional product price, along with FREE shipping and handling. Even if we choose to raise our price in the future, you will never pay more for this product as long as you remain a member. Beginning approximately 45 days from the date of your Initial Trial Order Date, and every 30 days thereafter, you will automatically receive a fresh supply of our product and charged the promotional rate of $124.77, inclusive of Shipping and Handling. There is absolutely no obligation to continue this program, you may cancel at any time by simply by contacting our Customer Service Representatives by phone or by email. They are made available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds (less Shipping and Handling costs and $20.00 restocking fee), no questions asked - for any returns received within 30 days of the order date.
Attention Trial Customers! If you wish to return our product that is still within the Promotional Trial Period, please do NOT blindly return the package without first contacting our Customer Service Representatives. If you choose to blindly return the package, and package is not received before the end of your trial period, you will still be billed at the promotional price of $124.77, and automatically enrolled in our Auto-Shipment Program until the package is confirmed received. To avoid this, please call our Customer Service Representatives within your 14 Trial Period to avoid the purchase price of $124.77. They will effectively suspend your trial period in our systems to avoid being billed at the end of your trial period, and allow you enough time to return the product. Upon receipt of your returned product, your Auto-Shipment membership will be automatically cancelled. Please note that Shipping and Handling for your Trial purchase is non-refundable. You will not be charged a restocking fee.
For Regular Offers or active Subscriptions, where the full product price was paid (not including Trial Promotions), simply contact a Customer Service Representative to receive our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instructions. Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". All returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing of your return to your account. You will be provided with a unique RMA number from our Customer Support Team. Please put this RMA number on the front of your returned package to ensure accurate processing. You will receive an email automatically at the time we receive your return. All eligible refunds will be initiated automatically at the receipt of your returned package. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. If you have received an order that was damaged, please contact a Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number, and an immediate replacement will be sent out at no additional charge, once your returned item is received.For customers within a Promotional Trial Period, our agents will effectively extend your trial period during this process.
If for any reason during the 14 Day (10 Day Evaluation Period + 4 Day Shipping Time) Trial Period, you are dissatisfied with our Product, or want more time to evaluate the product, please call our 24-7 Customer Support line. They will be able to assist with an extension of your trial period, or a cancellation of the service. Please understand that our Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that all sales after 30 days are final. Auto-Ship Program cancellations may be processed at any time, and will be effective immediately, but they require contact with a Customer Service Representative to verify the account holder request. Our Customer Service Representatives are made available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even holidays, for your convenience. Any/All future shipments and charges will cease immediately upon cancellation. It will be required to re-order our product via this website, or our Customer Support line, if you would like to purchase this product again, or re- enroll in our Auto-Shipment program at a later time.
